Acloché LLC is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join a patient-centered, community-based healthcare organization. This role focuses on developing clinical standards, directing diagnostic and treatment services, and implementing applicable federal and state regulations.

Relocation assistance is available. The position requires board certification in Family Medicine, an MD/DO degree, and an unrestricted Washington license.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of medicine with completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program (required).
• Board certified in Family Medicine (required).
• Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Washington and in good standing with the medical board (required).
• Unrestricted DEA registration with prescriptive authority for controlled substances (required).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical practice/post-training experience (required).

Aufgaben

• Render professional services within scope of training in compliance with laws and standards.
• Provide continuous care and supervision to patients; coordinate diagnostic and treatment services.
• Stay current on CDC guidelines, infectious disease developments, and pharmaceutical updates; disseminate to staff.
• Complete all medical records promptly per organizational policy.
• Devote full-time efforts to clinical practice; outside speaking or lecturing only if not affecting practice.
• Provide clinical consultation to other providers and be available for questions on diagnosis and treatment.
• Participate in peer review processes for maintenance of clinical privileges.
• Review test results and pertinent communications for patients of absent providers and implement needed care.
• Participate in call coverage on a rotating basis with other practice physicians.
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues; explain procedures and treatments prior to execution.
• Provide medical expertise in planning goals and policies to improve medical management.
• Build relationships with referral sources and consultants; ensure follow-up on consults.
• Attend conferences and seminars for networking and education.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient flow and family experience of care.
• Foster positive working relationships across departments; coordinate care in daily huddles as part of PCMH.
