Pullman Regional Hospital is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide high quality medical care by examining patients and determining appropriate treatment plans. The role includes managing patient care, prescribing medications, and coordinating with healthcare teams.
The ideal candidate must be board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine and maintain physician licensure in Washington. Full benefits include medical, dental, and retirement plans.
Pay Range: The base pay range for this position is $240,000.00-$290,000.00 Annual; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

This position provides high quality medical care by examining patients and determining the appropriate treatment plans, illness, or injuries. The physician conducts examinations, assesses and evaluates symptoms, determines conditions and prescribes medical treatment or services.
Work with the healthcare team to provide patients with family medicine medical care services within the standard of care for family medicine patients. Provides and manages direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for a specified patient population. Prescribes pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens to treat identified and documented medical conditions. Order laboratory and diagnostic tests and refer patients to specialists and to relevant patient care components as appropriate. Analyze reports, test results, medical records, and examinations to diagnose condition of patients and propose treatment options. Discuss potential side effects of medication/treatment with patients and ensure that all allergy information is up to date before prescribing medication/treatment. Provide advice to patients for lifestyle and diet changes that may improve their health or help treat the health issue they are experiencing. Directs and coordinates the patient care activities of nursing and support staff as required. Adhere to organization and departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards. Document patient care conversations, care provided, and all other work as defined by organizational standards in the EMR.
