Pay Range:

The base pay range for this position is $125,000.00-$150,000.00 Annual however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Job Title:

Advanced Practice Provider – Clinic (NP or PA)

Work Schedule for this Position:

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, with an occasional Saturday.

Position Overview:

This position provides high quality medical care by examining patients and determining the appropriate treatment plans illness or injuries. You will provide comprehensive care, diagnose illnesses, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

A Day in the Life:
  • Work with the healthcare team to provide patients with medical care services within the standard of care for SPECIALTY patients.
  • Collaborate with physicians and specialists to develop treatment plans.
  • Conducts thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
  • Prescribes pharmaceuticals, other medications and treatment regimens to treat identified and documented medical conditions.
  • Order laboratory and diagnostic tests, and refers patients to specialists and to relevant patient care components as appropriate.
  • Analyze reports, test results, medical records and examinations to diagnose condition of patients and propose treatment options.
  • Discuss potential side effects of medication/treatment with patients and ensure that all allergy information is up-to-date before prescribing medication/treatment.
  • Provide advice to patients for lifestyle and diet changes that may improve their health or help treat the health issue they are experiencing.
  • Directs and coordinates the patient care activities of nursing and support staff as required.
  • Adhere to organization and departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
About You! This Job is For You if You Have:
  • Maintain NP or PA licensure, in good standing, acceptable in the State of Washington.
  • Board certified or board eligible NP or PA.
  • Demonstrates the ability to perform the required technical skills for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Demonstrates the ability to perform the required technical skills for specific department.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to technology.
  • Initiates and participates in activities that enhance daily operations of the clinic and organization.
  • Ability to manage time, tasks, and resources appropriately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with colleagues, patients, and customers.
  • Strong typing skills.
  • Ability to read and write clearly, and understand policies, labels, and written instructions.
