Ascension is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its Employer Solutions outpatient clinics in Indiana. This PRN, employed position offers collaboration with physicians, a robust referral network, and access to a full health system.

The NP will provide acute and preventive primary care, coordinate chronic disease management, and support corporate wellness initiatives for employees and dependents in a multi-location network in the Greater Indianapolis area and surrounding communities.

Qualifikationen

• Nurse Practitioner certification/eligibility in Indiana.
• Active BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Prescriptive Authority credentialed within 6 months of hire.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nurse Practitioner
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
