Ascension is seeking an advanced practice provider to join a busy walk-in clinic and immediate care setting in Indiana. You will work with two physicians and three APPs, providing acute and chronic care in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes comprehensive assessments, screenings, and immunizations, with full support from a nonprofit health system and access to Athena EMR for documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
• Indiana NP licensure with prescriptive authority and RN licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver acute and chronic care in urgent care/walk-in setting.
• Provide immediate healthcare services through comprehensive assessments, screenings and immunizations.
• Join an established team of physicians and APPs in a busy clinic.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated advanced practice provider to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

• Join an established team of 2 physicians and 3 APPs
• Call structure: none
• Practice setting: dynamic walk-in clinic and immediate care setting
• Access to utilize Athena EMR to streamline patient documentation and care coordination.
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Advanced Practice Provider
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
• Drive Clinical Excellence: Deliver acute and chronic care by diagnosing health conditions in an urgent care/walk-in environment.
• Enhance Patient Access: Provide immediate healthcare services through comprehensive assessments, screenings, and immunizations.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
