Are you a seasoned Family Law Attorney with a passion for providing top-notch legal advice and support to those navigating the complexities of family law issues? Our law firm is seeking a dedicated professional like you to join our team. We are a well-established firm with a strong reputation for our commitment to clients and our depth of expertise in the legal industry. As a Permanent Family Law Attorney, you will be working on a diverse caseload involving domestic relations, child custody, divorce, child support, annulment, matrimony, and Matrimonial Law.

Responsibilities

As a Family Law Attorney, you will be expected to

• Represent clients in court proceedings related to divorce, child custody, child support, annulment, and other family law matters.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, case evaluations, and settlement proposals.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and legal theories.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, helping them understand their rights and obligations under the law.
• Negotiate settlements in an effort to resolve cases favorably and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates on case progress and ensuring their needs are met.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in family law and participate in continuous professional development activities.
  
  

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Family Law Attorney position should possess the following qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in family law, with a proven track record of handling domestic relations, child custody, divorce, child support, annulment, and matrimonial law cases.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts and strategies to clients and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
