Responsibilities:

1. Advocate for clients by understanding their needs, analyzing cases, and developing strategic plans.
2. Represent clients in court proceedings as needed.
3. Provide clients with monthly case updates to maintain communication.
4. Collaborate with mentoring attorneys on case strategies.
5. Review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, and orders.
6. Lead your legal team, including paralegals and assistants, fostering a positive work environment.
7. Participate actively in team meetings and one-on-one mentorship sessions.

Qualifications:

• Current Washington State Bar License (mandatory)
• Residence in Washington State (mandatory)
• At least 5 years of family law experience

Compensation: $140,000 - $175,000 annually
