Moore Family Law Group is not your typical small law firm. Our entrepreneurial law firm is poised for aggressive growth, and we’re looking for an attorney who can give clients outstanding representation.

Ideal Candidate:

• Has 5 or more years of experience as a family law attorney.
• Demonstrates the ability to learn quickly.
• Is a team player willing to take ownership of client cases, including consulting with clients, having direct contact with opposing counsel, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and handling mediations, conferences, pretrial hearings, and trials.
• Possesses strong skills in research, writing, courtroom presentation, and technology.
• Knowledge of Clio on a Mac is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent clients effectively at court hearings.
2. Assist clients by understanding their needs, analyzing situations, strategizing, and deciding on proper actions.
3. Manage the division of marital assets, including real estate, during divorce proceedings.

Qualifications:

• Experience in family law and real estate issues for at least 3-5 years.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $175,000 annually.
