Job summary

JusticeWorks YouthCare in Wilmington, DE seeks a dedicated FAIR specialist to support families and prevent foster care entry. You will respond to hotline calls, address urgent household stressors, and help create safe environments where children can thrive.

The role requires evenings and weekends, a valid driver's license, and willingness to pass background checks and drug screenings. Company offers ESOP and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and experience working with youth and families.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass all required background clearances.
• Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
• Availability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Review information from the County Intake Department and assess client needs
• Engage families in service and treatment planning to promote stability and positive outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services and update plans as needed.
• Transport clients using your personal vehicle when required.
