Job summary

JusticeWorks YouthCare in Delaware is seeking a dedicated FAIR Supervisor to oversee the FAIR Specialist team and ensure timely response to hotline calls while maintaining safe, supportive environments for youth and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and experience working with youth and families.
• Background clearances required.
• Pre-employment drug screening required.
• Availability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly individual supervision with each staff member.
• Assist and manage performance of field staff, with proper documentation and training as needed.
• Assign referrals according to program standards.
• Accompany field staff to meetings and/or court hearings.
• Develop and maintain positive community and stakeholder collaboration.
• Transport clients using a personal vehicle when necessary.
