Zaddy Solutions in Valparaiso, IN is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine physician for a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule, flexible timing, and a 1:10 call rotation. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible with a plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care, including physical exams, wellness check-ups, and immunizations for adults (and all ages for FM).
• Clinic patients per day: 15-30.
• Call rotation: 1:10.
• Diagnose and manage long-term conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and COPD.
• Treat non-emergent infections and minor trauma.
• Order and interpret labs, X-rays, and other diagnostics.
• Coordinate patient care with specialists.
