Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a Physician in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to join a well-established Northwest Indiana practice in Valparaiso. The role is full-time, with a flexible schedule and a 1:10 call rotation, designed to support physician well-being and work-life balance.

The physician will deliver high-quality primary care across a diverse patient population, manage chronic diseases, and coordinate with specialists.

Qualifikationen

• Board certification or eligibility with plan to certify within timeframe.
• Indiana medical license eligibility and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality primary care for adults (FM) or all ages (IM).
• Perform annual physicals, wellness visits, and immunizations.
• Diagnose and manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and COPD.
• Order and interpret labs, X-rays, and other diagnostic screenings.
• Coordinate patient care with specialists as needed and maintain EMR documentation.
