Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility with plan to certify within timeframe.
• Unrestricted Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong communication skills and EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care including exams, wellness checks, and immunizations.
• See 15-30 clinic patients per day.
• Handle 1:10 call rotation.
• Diagnose and manage chronic conditions and coordinate with specialists.
