Job summary

Sage-Haus is seeking a part-time Household Manager & Family Assistant in Dallas, TX. The role offers 30 hours per week with a schedule Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–6:00 PM and some flexibility for evenings and weekends. Compensation is $32–$38 per hour, with ASAP start.

Qualifications

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Vaccinations up to date per pediatric/CDC guidelines, with accommodations as required.
CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
Fragrance-free environment due to allergies in the home.
Comfortable around a pool and able to navigate stairs and lift up to 40 lbs.
Experience caring for dogs and ability to handle active pets.

Responsibilities

Assist with school and activity pickups and drop-offs across multiple schools each weekday afternoon.
Provide engaging supervision for three children and support after-school routines.
Help prep backpacks, snacks, gear, and coordinate after-school sports.
Meal planning and prep, grocery shopping, and kitchen cleanup.
Household organization, laundry, errands, and inventory management.
Pet care: walk dogs, schedule vet/grooming, and manage supplies.
