Sage Haus is seeking a Part-Time House Manager / Family Assistant in Fort Worth, TX. The role offers 16-20 hours per week with flexible mornings or afternoons. Compensation is $25-$30 per hour, commensurate with experience, start ASAP.

The ideal candidate will manage household organization, run errands, assist with meal support, laundry, and calendar coordination, while maintaining a calm and efficient home environment suited to a busy family.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable personal transportation; mileage reimbursement provided for use of personal vehicle.
• Fragrance-free work environment.
• Vaccinations up to date per AAC, CDC guidelines (MMR, TDAP).
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support existing household organization systems; take on new organizational projects.
• Daily light resets between cleaner visits: dishes, counters, surfaces.
• Seasonal clothing swaps and donation/drop-offs.
• Indoor plant care and monitoring.
• Light maintenance tasks: replacing batteries, light bulbs, smoke detector checks.
• Occasional light event and holiday prep.
• Laundry: folding, hanging, and putting away clothes; ironing and steaming.
• Meal support: light prep, grocery planning, kitchen cleanup, pantry monitoring.
• In-person errands: returns, dry cleaning, gift shopping; mail handling and packaging disposal.
• Coordinate with cleaners and landscapers; oversee seasonal HVAC service; research repairs.
