Sage Haus LLC in Austin, Texas seeks a full-time House Manager & Family Assistant to support a busy family with two young children. This role provides organized household operations, event support, and daily care coordination from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional early start or evenings.

You will build systems for kitchen, laundry, clothes, and scheduling, manage vendors and house projects, and assist with childcare coordination.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and navigate stairs.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain home organization systems.
• Execute daily household resets and chores.
• Manage vendor relationships and maintenance calendar.
• Coordinate childcare coverage and school drop-offs.
• Assist with family meals, laundry, and travel packing.
• Support pet care and plant maintenance.
• Lead organizing projects and event preparation.
