Job summary

Sage-Haus in Frisco, TX is seeking a trusted Household Manager for a part-time role (18–22 hours per week). The ideal candidate will manage calendars, coordinate family logistics, and maintain a calm, well-organized home while supporting a teenage daughter and two dogs.

You will work closely with the family to establish systems, routines, and proactive oversight to keep home operations running smoothly. NDA required, CPR/First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, document and maintain practical household systems and routines.
• Own a master family calendar and coordinate appointments and travel.
• Coordinate travel, sitters, appointments and logistics as needed.
• Oversee weekly cleaning and coordinate vendors and maintenance.
• Lead weekly planning meetings and provide foresight on calendar and priorities.
• Support the daughter in developing organizational habits and independence.
