Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
• Fragrance-free environment due to allergies in the home.
• Comfortable around a pool and dogs; able to walk two dogs with correction equipment.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and navigate stairs during daily duties.
• Strong organizational, proactive, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with school and activity pickups and drop-offs across multiple schools each weekday afternoon.
• Provide engaging, age-appropriate supervision for three children.
• Support after-school routines: homework accountability, personal care, winding down from activities.
• Help prep backpacks, snacks, and gear for after-school sports and activities.
• Willingness to provide occasional morning drop-off or overnight support with advance notice and additional hourly pay.
• Grocery shopping, meal planning, and preparing healthy dinners Monday–Thursday.
• Batch-prep quick, healthy breakfasts and prepare after-school snacks.
• Household organization, laundry, maintenance, and coordinating seasonal clothing.
