Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Associates plus 2 years relevant experience will be considered.
• 5–7 years in contract food service/ institutional dining operations.
• 3–5 years of general management with full P&L responsibility.
• ServSafe Manager Certification or equivalent local certification required.
• Knowledge of health ordinances and regular mandatory Whitsons training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the food service team to deliver nutritious meals.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, compliance, and food safety.
• Partner with staff to support student health and well-being.
• Ensure compliance with health guidelines and HACCP standards.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and vendor relationships.
• Develop high-performing, client-centered kitchen culture.
