DSP Connections, Inc. is seeking a Family Service Representative to join our Care Team in Salem, Oregon. This full-time role focuses on balancing relationships among County Service Coordinators, clients, families, and DSPs, while coordinating supports and communications.

You will conduct regular check-ins, organize client supports, visit homes, and respond to inquiries. Candidates should have at least 1 year in the I/DD industry, a high school diploma, and a willingness to work closely with

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $56,000.00 per year

We are looking for an individual to join our Care Team. This position is primarily responsible for balancing relationships with County Service Coordinators, our clients, Families, and our DSPs.

Responsibilities:

Family Service representatives (FSR) report to the Director of the Care Team. As a FSR you will oversee a caseload of clients. You will be primarily responsible for completing regular check-ins and directing their support needs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Organize Client Supports
• Manage Crisis Situations
• Checking/responding to emails/calls/texts daily
• Completing client intakes
• Regularly visiting clients/families within their homes
• Ongoing communication with clients/families/Service Coordinator
• Ongoing support to families/Client/DSPs

Qualifications:
