This is Full or Part Time position, with duties including welcoming families, processing admissions and payments, cleaning, restocking, and assisting with events. A positive attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Friendly, patient and comfortable interacting with children and families.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work well with a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable handling money and using a register or POS system.
• Able to stay organized and attentive in an active environment.
• Willing to perform routine cleaning and restocking.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and move items with reasonable accommodation.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality or event experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Welcome families, answer questions, and explain admission options, playground rules, and upcoming events.
• Process admissions and purchases, handle cash and card payments, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Clean and sanitize play equipment, toys, tables, party rooms, restrooms, and other common areas.
• Stock supplies, merchandise, snacks, and beverages as needed.
• Assist with birthday parties and events, including setup, guest assistance, and cleanup.
• Monitor play areas, reinforce playground rules, and promptly report safety concerns or incidents.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Complete opening and closing tasks and other duties as assigned.
