DolFUN Dynamics is hiring a Client Services Representative to help create a warm, welcoming, and organized experience for our families. This role blends front desk support, customer service, scheduling help, and light facility upkeep.

If you’re friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working around children and families, we’d love to meet you. The position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities to grow within a supportive team.

• Welcome families and provide friendly customer service by phone and in person.
• Help with check-in, scheduling, class changes, tours, and trial classesCommunicate clearly with families and teammates
• Stay organized and calm during busy times
• Complete daily cleaning, organizing, and maintenance tasks
• Follow procedures with strong attention to detail and follow-through

What You’ll Do

Pay

$17.00–$19.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

We are especially looking for availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and/or Sundays. You do not need to be available for every shift to apply.
