Job summary

Women In Need, Inc. (Win) is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support families in Transitional Housing programs.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop ILPs, and provide case management, counseling, and referrals based on each family’s needs and DHS/OTDA requirements. You will collaborate with Housing Coordinators and community partners to advance client goals and ensure compliance, while maintaining thorough records and delivering evidence-based practices to empower families

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field required.
• Two years of relevant experience with homelessness or complex life challenges preferred.
• Experience with strength-based, client-centered approaches.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and intake documentation for families.
• Develop and maintain ILPs supporting housing, income, and family stability goals.
• Provide case management, crisis intervention, counseling, and supportive services.
