Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting of assigned geographic areas. Source, recruit, assess and provide a short list of qualified candidates for all external hiring opportunities.
Responsibilities
• Partner with field hiring managers to understand talent needs and priorities to ensure successful recruitment efforts.
• Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment- recruit, interview, recommend, and hire best in class talent.
• Build a candidate network that relies on pro-active sourcing techniques and on-going candidate engagement
• Recommend recruitment ideas and strategies that build a talent readiness for the organization
• Proactively immerse yourself in the business and culture to enhance all recruitment efforts and identify potential challenges.
• Develop reputation as trusted advisor to your field partners based on market knowledge of geographic areas.

• Strong functional expertise that includes multiple sourcing techniques
• Strong functional expertise that includes 3-5 years of high-volume full-cycle recruiting
