This position is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in the US.

Recruiter Responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
  2. Sourcing and attracting candidates via databases, social media, etc.
  3. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions

Job Brief

We seek a recruiter with strong account management and recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent.

A successful recruiter will collaborate regularly with client managers and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should be skilled in attracting candidates through various channels, including social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal candidate has an academic HR background combined with practical experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.

Ultimately, the recruiter’s goal is to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while building a robust talent pipeline.
