We are currently hiring for a National Recruiter to join our growing National Accounts team to start ASAP!The National Recruiter can work fully remote or onsite in our Dallas, TX or Nashville, TN locations.

National Accounts Recruiter – High-Volume National VMS Accounts

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience recruiting IT professionals within a staffing agency environment.
• Proven success managing high-volume VMS accounts across multiple markets on a national scale.
• Strong background in contract staffing, though direct hire experience will be considered.
• Deep understanding of IT roles and skill sets, including Development / QA, Infrastructure / Security, Data / Business Intelligence, Functional, and COTS / Cloud / Emerging Tech.
• Experience working with Corp-to-Corp (C2C) employers and candidates on work visas, including H-1B, TN, and EAD holders.
• Ability to navigate VMS platforms effectively and drive results in a competitive, metrics-driven environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and third-party vendors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities to thrive in a fast-paced staffing setting.
