Job summary

The Chehalis Tribe is seeking a Case Aide to provide supportive services across ICW, APS, and Foster Care programs. You will assist families in accessing services, coordinate transportation, supervise visitations, conduct home visits, and support independent living goals in alignment with service plans.

You will collaborate with Social Workers, tribal members, placement providers, and community partners to promote safety, stability, and well‑being for children and families.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required and two years’ related experience in a confidential, professional setting.
• Experience working with American Indian/Alaska Native communities required.
• Valid WA driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for clients to appointments and services.
• Support and encourage extended family involvement in service plans.
• Coordinate and supervise visitations to promote healthy family relationships.
• Conduct monthly home visits and health/safety checks for children and families.
• Collaborate with Social Workers and families in developing initial case plans.
• Attend departmental meetings and participate in community outreach efforts.
• Assist clients with budgeting and independent living skills.
