Job summary

Pressley Ridge seeks a Family Centered Treatment Supervisor to provide clinical and administrative supervision for FCT Practitioners, ensuring fidelity to program standards and maximizing family outcomes.

The role requires master's level credentials, licensure in human services, and leadership experience. Hybrid collaboration with the Foundation and community partners is expected, with a focus on high-quality documentation and staff development.

Qualifications

• Requires master's degree in human services.
• Requires professional license in human services.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred to enhance communication with a diverse workforce and community.
• Requires attainment of Supervisor Certification through the Family Centered Treatment Foundation within 12 months.
• Requires valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensures high quality, family centered and culturally competent services are delivered to identified families.
• Oversees and monitors interventions that are effective in reducing maltreatment, improving caretaking and coping skills, and enhancing family resilience.
• Attends and participates in Child and Family Team Meetings to monitor progress of treatment services and goal attainment.
• Contacts appropriate stakeholders with referral/case issues, concerns, or problems after consultation with Community Based Director.
• Supports staff in managing crisis calls and visits to ensure safety of staff and families.
• Testifies in court as subpoenaed.
• Manages referrals and timely assignment of cases to FCT Practitioner.
• Assists with other projects and/or duties as assigned.
• Provides supervision.
• Supervises staff of no more than ten (10) full-time FCT Practitioners directly or their supervisors depending on the personnel actions including action plans, hiring, termination, recruitment, vacation, and sick day requests.
