Job summary

Pressley Ridge is seeking a Family Centered Treatment Practitioner to deliver structured, goal oriented services in the home and community for families involved with child welfare, juvenile justice, mental health, and substance use. The role emphasizes maintaining the family unit and preventing out-of-home placements within specified service counties.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, certification from FCTF, and willingness to obtain certifications.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, marriage & family therapy, or related field.
• Certification through the Family Centered Treatment Foundation is required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred to enhance communication.

Responsibilities

• Provides crisis intake, assessment, intervention and after-care linkage for families.
• Delivers home and community-based family-centered treatment.
• Develops measurable short and long-term family goals with timelines.
• Maintains documentation including plans, progress notes and reports.
• Participates in supervision, team meetings and case reviews.
• Advocates for families with outside agencies and participates in consultations.
