Job summary

Pressley Ridge in Orange, TX seeks a Family Centered Treatment Practitioner to deliver structured, time-limited services in families' homes and communities. You will coordinate with child welfare, juvenile justice, mental health, and substance use agencies to maintain the family unit.

The role requires ongoing documentation, crisis intervention when needed, and regular Family Team Meetings. Travel to client homes and community locations is expected, with a flexible schedule to meet family needs.

Qualifications

• Requires certification through the Family Centered Treatment Foundation.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Experience with child welfare, juvenile justice, or mental health services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides crisis intake, assessment of needs, intervention, evaluation of problems, monitoring of family/parental progress, and after-care linkage.
• Provides treatment in the home and community setting to the family unit.
• Develops measurable short and long-term family goals and time frames.
• Evaluates treatment plan progress and revises goals as needed.
• Leads Child and Family Team Meetings and coordinates care with other providers.
• Maintains a case load of 4-6 families and ensures fidelity to program standards.
• Maintains thorough documentation and uploads to health records.
