Job summary

Pressley Ridge is seeking a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Practitioner to deliver structured, time-limited services in the family home and community. The role supports families involved with child welfare, juvenile justice, mental health, and substance use to keep the family unit intact and avoid out-of-home placements.

Responsibilities include crisis intake, needs assessment, intervention, documentation, and ongoing collaboration with the supervisor and other service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• One year of experience working with at-risk children and families.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Certification through Family Centered Treatment Foundation required.
• State/FBI clearances and child abuse clearances required.
• Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, goal-oriented Family Centered Treatment in the home and community.
• Conduct crisis intake, assessment, intervention, and after-care linkage.
• Complete documentation including treatment plans and progress notes.
• Communicate with supervisor regularly and coordinate care with other providers.
• Ensure compliance with Pressley Ridge standards and licensing requirements.
