Pressley Ridge is seeking a Family Centered Treatment Practitioner to provide structured, goal-oriented, time-limited services to families involved with child welfare, juvenile justice, mental health, and substance use. The role focuses on maintaining the family unit and avoiding out-of-home placements.

Responsibilities include crisis intake, needs assessment, home-based treatment, and coordinating with other providers, with a caseload of 4–6 families and regular participation in team meetings

Qualifications

• Strong crisis intervention and home-based service delivery are required.
• Experience coordinating with multiple systems (child welfare, juvenile justice, mental health).
• Ability to develop measurable family goals and monitor progress.

Responsibilities

• Provides crisis intake, needs assessment, intervention, evaluation of problems, and after-care linkage.
• Delivers treatment in the home and community to the family unit as defined by the family.
• Develops short- and long-term family goals with timelines and monitors progress toward goals.
• Leads Child and Family Team Meetings to review progress on identified goals.
• Coordinates care with other providers and involved system partners; communicates professionally.
