Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of college or education and experience.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Current state driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Insurance license if required by state and as prescribed by state boards.
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends; long days up to 12 hours when required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an insurance license if required by state.
• Must pass the company's internal presentation certification within thirty days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: prospect daily, obtain referrals, network, present to families.
• Build relationships with families and provide exceptional personalized service.
• Respond to inquiries timely, professionally, and with empathy.
• Prepare for appointments and maintain attention to detail in all procedures.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and staff to ensure seamless service.
• Protect families by educating about pre-planning benefits and referrals.
