Merakey seeks a Family Based Therapist to join our Carlisle, PA program, providing ESFT-based therapy to families and children. The role involves flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with travel to client homes and community settings.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a human services field, at least 2 years in a CASSP program with children, and has experience in family therapy or crisis intervention. Pennsylvania driver’s license required; Merakey offers strong benefits.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, education, rehabilitation or a graduate degree in the field of human services.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a CASSP program with children and adolescents including direct service.
• Experience facilitating family therapy and/or crisis intervention; de-escalation preferred.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide treatment services to families including therapy and counseling.
• Deliver ESFT-based individual and family therapy; coach parents.
• Collaborate with a case manager as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Travel to client homes and community resources to provide services.
