Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. seeks a FIT Clinician to join the Family Based Intensive Treatment program in Western Massachusetts, delivering intensive, community-based family therapy and stabilization services within the CBHI framework for youth with behavioral health needs.

The role involves 3–5 weekly family sessions, comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, safety planning, and collaboration with schools and community partners. MA licensure-eligible or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health-related field and MA license-eligibility.
• CANS-MA certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Experience with family-centered interventions and engaging youth, caregivers, and families.

Responsibilities

• Team provides 3–5 weekly sessions of family therapy and support.
• Complete comprehensive assessments (CANS, CRAFFT, diagnostics).
• Co-facilitate team meetings with families, youth, and providers.
• Develop individualized treatment plans highlighting strengths, needs, goals, and interventions.
• Conduct safety planning and risk management at intake and throughout treatment.
• Collaborate with FIT Family Partners and Outreach Workers to ensure seamless care.
• Coordinate with schools, providers, and community resources.
• Support transitions to community-based treatment after FIT discharge.
• Provide after-hours phone support and participate in on-call rotation.
