Behavioral Health Network, Inc (BHN) seeks a FIT Clinician to provide intensive family therapy and stabilization services for youth with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) in home and community settings across Western Massachusetts.

The role includes completing assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, coordinating with families, schools, and providers, and participating in on-call rotations.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in a mental health field plus MA licensure eligibility or equivalent experience.
• CANS-MA certification required or ability to obtain on hire.
• Strong knowledge of SED, treatment techniques, and child-serving systems.
• Experience with behavioral modification, crisis intervention, and family systems approaches.
• Experience delivering family-centered interventions.

Mansioni

• Provide intensive family therapy and stabilization services in home and community settings.
• Complete comprehensive assessments including CANS, CRAFFT, diagnostic evaluations, and SED determinations.
• Co-Facilitate team meetings with families, youth, and providers to review and update treatment plans.
• Develop individualized treatment plans highlighting strengths, needs, goals, and interventions.
• Conduct safety planning and risk management at intake and throughout treatment.
• Partner with FIT Family Partners and Outreach Workers to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Collaborate with schools, providers, and community resources to coordinate services.
• Support transitions to community-based treatment and services after FIT discharge.
• Provide after-hours phone support and participate in on-call rotation.
