Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc (BHN) in Western Massachusetts is seeking a FIT Clinician to join our Family Based Intensive Treatment program under the CBHI initiative, delivering intensive, community-based family therapy to youth with Serious Emotional Disturbance and their families in home and community settings.

You will collaborate with outreach workers and family partners, perform comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans while supporting transitions to

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health-related field; MA license eligibility or equivalent experience.
• CANS-MA certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Experience delivering family-centered interventions with youth and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive family therapy and stabilization in home and community settings.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments (CANS, CRAFFT, diagnostics, SED determinations).
• Co-facilitate team meetings with families, youth, and providers.
• Develop individualized treatment plans highlighting strengths, needs, goals, and interventions.
• Conduct safety planning and risk management at intake and throughout treatment.
• Collaborate with FIT Family Partners and Outreach Workers to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Coordinate services with schools, providers, and community resources.
• Support transitions to community-based treatment after FIT discharge.
• Provide after-hours phone support and participate in on-call rotation.
