JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a full-time Child Advocacy Case Manager to support families navigating social services and legal systems in Westmoreland County, PA. You will serve as the primary contact for families, assess needs, connect them with community resources, and work toward stability.

We value compassion and collaboration, with a focus on ESOP ownership and serving youth and families. Schedule includes some evenings and weekends, with a driver’s license required for client transport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or high school diploma with documented experience in child, family, or juvenile justice services.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass all required background clearances
• Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsabilités

• Monitor and support children’s emotional, physical, and social well-being
• Observe and document behavior, academic progress, and home environment
• Manage complex cases, including intake, assessment, service planning, and follow-up
• Assess situations, identify challenges, and develop practical solutions to overcome barriers
• Collaborate with families, schools, agencies, and community partners
• Transport clients using your personal vehicle as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet program standards
