Job summary

AEG offers a Fall Intern, Talent Acquisition position in Los Angeles, on-site, with a minimum commitment of 18 hours per week. You will support all aspects of the recruitment cycle, partner with the TA team, and help build pipelines using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.

You will assist with posting jobs, sourcing, diversity recruiting, and candidate outreach, while participating in university relations events and internship programs.

Qualifications

• Interest in Talent Acquisition and recruitment.
• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Minimum commitment of 18 hours per week for fall internship.

Responsibilities

• Work with TA team to develop recruitment strategies for corporate hiring.
• Assist with recruitment process including posting jobs, sourcing, and candidate outreach.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Build talent pipelines using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Help plan university relations events.
