Job summary

AEG Worldwide invites a Fall Intern to join the Talent Acquisition team in Los Angeles. The role focuses on supporting recruitment strategies, posting jobs, sourcing, and coordinating candidate communications in a fast-paced environment.

The internship offers exposure to diversity recruiting, HRIS-related projects, and university relations, with a commitment of at least 18 hours per week and on-site participation.

Qualifications

• Interest in Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with talent systems and candidate sourcing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
• Commitment of at least 18 hours per week during fall.

Responsibilities

• Support TA team in developing recruitment strategies for corporate hiring.
• Assist with posting jobs, sourcing, candidate outreach, and employer branding.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Build talent pipelines using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Assist in planning university relations events.
