Job summary

AEG Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. The Talent Acquisition Intern supports critical hires in the United States across various departments and partners with the recruiting team and hiring managers.

You will engage in recruitment strategies, candidate outreach, and events planning, gaining exposure to diversity initiatives, HRIS, and university relations within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• An interest in Talent Acquisition
• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in Microsoft Office – EXCEL, WORD, and PowerPoint, specifically
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• The AEG Internship Program requires a minimum commitment of 18 hours per week during the fall

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of talent by sourcing candidates via Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Assist in planning events for the university relations team

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Intern is an exciting opportunity for a college student who wants to work in recruitment at a fast-paced, high-growth company. The Talent Acquisition (TA) team is a group of global professionals looking for an intern to support critical hires in the United States across various departments.

In this role, you will support all aspects of the recruitment cycle by partnering closely with our recruiting team and hiring managers to understand the talent market, utilize recruitment strategies, and generate talent pipelines. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of critical talent acquisition projects, such as diversity & inclusion, HRIS, university relations, and more.

Responsibilities:

Pay Range: $19.00-21.00

Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
