Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking a Gift Shop Team Member for the Waterbury, Vermont fall season.

The role involves daily gift shop duties, customer service, cash handling, and occasional tour ticket sales in a high-energy retail environment at the factory location. You will work as part of the Hospitality department supporting the Scoop Shop and Gift Shop operations, with responsibilities including stock, cleanliness, and seasonal activities.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Strong representation of the Ben & Jerry’s brand.
• Customer service experience and ability to take initiative.
• Experience with cash handling and operating POS systems.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily gift shop responsibilities, including register transactions and customer interactions.
• Maintain shop organization and cleanliness; restock items.
• Handle opening and closing procedures for Gift Shop operations.
• Assist with seasonal outdoor tie-dye activities and guest assistance.
• Adhere to store protocols, safety standards and proper cash handling.
