Ben & Jerry's Gift Shop Team Member in Waterbury, Vermont, is a part‑time seasonal role at the company’s original factory location. You will handle daily gift shop tasks, register transactions, assist guests, and help maintain a clean, energetic shop environment.
The position requires enthusiasm for the brand, strong customer service, and the ability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends. Training on safety protocols and GMP will be provided.

The role of the Gift Shop Team Member is to perform daily gift shop responsibilities. A Gift Shop Team Member should be an enthusiastic and hardworking individual that can work alongside a large team within the Gift Shop and within the larger Hospitality department, which also includes our Scoop Shop and Tour operations. They should be able to provide excellent customer service and outstanding brand experiences in the Gift Shop at Ben & Jerry’s original factory location and the top tourist destination in Vermont. A Scoop Shop Team Member will report to the Gift Shop Experience Hospitality Manager.
Additional Information Physical aspects of the job include oversize merchandise handling, bulk containers of ice cream, supply orders, general cleaning and maintenance and standing for long periods of time. Must be available to work evenings, holidays and at least one weekend day/week. Potential to extend employment after the summer season.
