Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older and eligible to work in the US.
• Strong customer service experience and brand enthusiasm.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems.
• Comfortable with public speaking and engaging guests.
• Good time management and reliable attendance.
• Willingness to adhere to GMPs and food safety protocols.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work evenings, holidays and weekends, including outdoors when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily scoop shop duties: register transactions, take orders, scoop ice cream, prep items, bake goods.
• Maintain cleanliness, report maintenance needs, and follow safety protocols.
• Open/close procedures, stock, and manage dishwashing.
• Greet guests, assist with orders, and drive guest loyalty with a high-energy experience.
