You will perform daily scoop shop duties, including handling the register, taking orders, scooping ice cream, and preparing items while engaging with guests in a fast-paced environment. Able to work evenings, holidays, and at least one weekend day per week; must be comfortable standing up to 8 hours and outdoors in weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older
• Passion for the Ben & Jerry’s brand
• Customer service experience
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
• Willingness to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours) and work outdoors
• Reliable attendance and teamwork in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Perform daily scoop shop responsibilities including register transactions, taking orders, scooping ice cream, prepping items, baking goods and interacting with customers.
• Maintain cleanliness, restocking, and dishwashing during opening/closing.
• Greet guests and assist with orders during busy periods.
• Adhere to safety, GMP, and operational protocols; ensure high energy guest experiences.
