Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Williamson, NY is offering a Winter 2027 Production Co-op designed for students pursuing real-world manufacturing experience. You will help develop Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and observe processes on the production floor while collaborating with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and EHS.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time in an accredited bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing Leadership, Food Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Must have completed at least two years of undergraduate study prior to the start of the co-op.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop Safety, Quality, and Production SWIs to improve First-Time-Right execution.
• Observe processes and collect information from operators to document work practices.
• Verify and validate work instructions through employee engagement and process confirmation.
• Document equipment operation, changeovers, inspections, quality checks, and troubleshooting.
• Audit existing documentation and identify opportunities to improve clarity and consistency.
• Build process knowledge of assigned production areas through hands-on learning.
• Utilize Office tools and plant information systems to organize documentation.
• Support Continuous Improvement by reducing variation and strengthening process control.
• Engage personnel to capture best practices and ensure procedures reflect actual methods.
