Keurig Dr Pepper in Essex, VT is seeking a Fall 2027 Quality Engineer Co-op. This on-site, full-time role runs July–December 2027, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

You will contribute to safety, quality, and continuous improvement across multiple departments in a challenging manufacturing setting. Formación

• Undergraduate engineering student enrolled in a full-time program.
• Strong academic record in engineering or manufacturing related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Support TPM implementation and Lean activities in a manufacturing setting.
• Assist with day-to-day operations and project execution to improve safety, quality, and cost.
• Prepare reports and communicate results to senior management.
• Contribute to problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze downtime data and track savings from improvement projects.
• Assist with documentation, specifications, and process validation.
