Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Williamson, NY is seeking a Winter 2027 Production Co-op to support the development of Standard Work Instructions that improve safety, quality and productivity on the production floor.

You will observe processes, gather information from operators and supervisors, document best practices, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering to ensure procedures reflect actual work methods.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing Leadership, Food Science, or related technical discipline and completed at least two full years of undergraduate study.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop Safety, Quality, and Production SWIs to improve First-Time-Right execution and standardize tasks.
• Observe processes and collect information from operators to document work practices.
• Verify and validate work instructions through employee engagement and process confirmation.
• Document equipment operation, changeovers, inspections, and quality checks.
• Audit existing documentation and improve clarity, usability, and compliance.
• Build process knowledge in assigned production areas through observation and hands-on learning.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and plant information systems to organize and present process documentation.
• Support Continuous Improvement by reducing variation and strengthening process control.
• Engage staff to capture best practices and ensure procedures reflect actual methods.
