Essential Duties

• Work performed at this level is done independently ofsupervision.
• Provide supervision to student employees at the Student Master1 Undergrad level.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Requires the highest level of technical Softballexpertise.
• Duties may include coaching, classroom instruction,conditioning, counselor duties, dorm supervision, and associatedduties.
• Perform complex activities in the field; students engaged insuch activity may be responsible for completion of tasks assignedwith no supervision of administrative staff.

• Demonstrate evidence of advanced technical and leadershipskills in mentoring, training, and expert management,
• Maintain a professional environment for fellow employees andclients.
• Approve supervisory functions and provide expertleadership.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Will be required to complete and pass an FBI FIngerprintbackground check.
• Softball playing experience at a senior level.
• Former youth camp experience is preferred but notrequired.
