Aufgaben

• Supervises personnel to ensure policy and regulatory compliance with Solairus, FAA and manuals.
• Coordinates crew and maintenance training with the appropriate contractor.
• Manages scheduling and PTO approvals for assigned personnel.
• Reviews and updates flight operation manuals and publications.
• Promotes customer goodwill through professional demeanor and high-quality service.
• Participates in Safety Management System (SMS) implementation and related initiatives.
